Yoga / Stretching for Seniors

We've been having great success with our Stretching for Seniors class.

Held the first and third Wednesday each month at 10 am, these classes are an opportunity to maintain range of motion, work on balance, and practice breating techniques.

The classes are taught by Nurse Practitioner Jessica Schafman who is a registered Yoga teacher.

And... the classs are FREE!! 

Come work on your flexibility and keep in shape.  Bring a friend, even if he/she is not a patient.
