COVID-19 News and Video / Phone Visits

Healthy Outlook Family Medicine is open. We are taking precautions to keep everyone safe while continuing care for our patients. We are NOT treating patients with COVID-19 symptoms in the office.

We have extended our clinical reach by adding Telehealth services. You can be treated by video online or on your smartphone. Some insurance companies are also allowing treatment by phone only.

We will walk you through the process for a Telehealth visit, it is very simple and patients are really enjoying the convenience. We encourage you to contact us today, insurance coverage may end after the pandemic is over.

Conditions We Can Treat via Telehealth include:

  • Throat, ear, and sinus discomfort
  • Allergy symptoms
  • Cough including COVID like symptoms
  • Rashes
  • Urinary complaints
  • Vaginal discharge
  • Musculoskeletal pain
  • Depression / Anxiety
  • Medication refills
  • Chronic condition management: diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, asthma, COPD, etc.

Thank you to everyone that has shared their home supply of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The donated masks are really helping our ability to continue helping all of you. We welcome donations of surgical masks which are usually yellow or blue and the N95 masks. Sometimes mechanics, painters, gardeners, landscapers etc. have stocks of these masks.
